DFM import devices hang in "Learning" state - 10% completed

Hi all,

I have done the Device Import in DFM. But the status discovery is 10% completed. It has been a week now. I have no idea what to do.

Any idea? Thank you.

Please post the output of the pdshow command. What version of DFM is this? On what platform?

Hi Joe,

The DFM version is 3.0.2.

The platform is Windows 2003 server Standard Edition SP2

Any solution? Or do you need more info?

Thank you.

Upgrade to DFM 3.0.4, and this problem will go away. It should also fix the problem where some of your daemons are crashing (e.g. TomcatMonitor). You can get DFM 3.0.4 under Common Services > Software Center > Software Update.

These two processes may be down in normal operation. It does not indicate a problem.
