DFM Interface Status Unknown

I keep getting alerts for unresponsive events from a couple of routers. I am able to ping these devices from the LMS server.

When I drill down from alert and activites and click on the event id the InterfaceOperStatus and InterfaceAdminStatus shows up as UNKNOWN, why is this and how would I fix this problem. Thanks.

Get an snmpwalk of the ifTable for this device, and look at the status. You can use the SNMP Walk tool from the CiscoWorks Device Center to do this.
