dfm issue

HELLO ALL,

we are presently using cisco works LMS 3.1 in our network .

we have remote sites connected to our head office.

if any site goes down ciscoworks is not immediately sending mail .

we get mail

Infos:

Period: 8:00 to 9:00

Device remote router:

Unreachability: Downward Threshold Crossing, value = 0.0 min, threshold = 10 min.

All these devices are supported in DFM.

Can you help us to solve this problem.
