DHCP Binding oid

Hi Nadeem:

I'm sorry, but you're question is a bit vague.  Are you talking about an interface on an IOS device, and the IP address that is assigned to it via DHCP?

DHCP Binding oid

Thanks for you replay,

acctually I was configured a DHCP pool in cisco 6509, and i need to check the number of IP's assigned to the clients from this pool?

I hope that it is clear now.

DHCP Binding oid

Hi Nadeem:

In a 6509 with the IOS DHCP server configured, there are several objects in the CISCO-IETF-DHCP-SERVER-MIB for the various statistics involved.  Among them are:

                        cDhcpv4CountDiscovers,

                        cDhcpv4CountOffers,

                        cDhcpv4CountRequests,

                        cDhcpv4CountDeclines,

                        cDhcpv4CountAcks,

                        cDhcpv4CountNaks,

                        cDhcpv4CountReleases,

                        cDhcpv4CountInforms,

                        cDhcpv4CountInvalids,

                        cDhcpv4CountDropUnknownClient,

                        cDhcpv4CountDropNotServingSubnet,

                        cDhcpv4ServerSharedNetFreeAddrLowThreshold,

                        cDhcpv4ServerSharedNetFreeAddrHighThreshold,

                        cDhcpv4ServerSharedNetFreeAddresses,

                        cDhcpv4ServerSharedNetReservedAddresses,

                        cDhcpv4ServerSharedNetTotalAddresses

You might want to just try walking ciscoIetfDhcpSrvMIB and see what all comes out and which numbers work for you.
