Discrepancy Report

Using the User Guide for Campus Manager Discrepancy Reporting I used the Spanning-tree bpduguard enable on a 3550 switch to remove the High Severity error of BPDU-Guard disabled on access ports.

The Discrepancy Report still shows the BPDU-Guard disabled on access ports 24 hours later. My discovery schedule is to happen every 4 hours. Is there a way to clear this out of the Discrepancy Report?

It is not Discovery, but rather Data Collection that should clear up these discrepancies. This could also be a device-side bug where spanning tree information cannot be correctly retrieved from this switch via SNMP. A sniffer trace of the Data Collection process of this switch will show any problems with that right away.
