I'm looking at using EEM and IP SLA to re-configure a 3750-X switch if a ping fails.
I've configure IP SLA as below.
ip sla 1
icmp-echo 10.9.2.46
frequency 30
ip sla schedule 1 life forever start-time now
ip sla reaction-configuration 1 react timeout
ip sla enable reaction-alerts
!
event manager applet TEST
event ipsla operation-id 1 reaction-type timeout
action 1 cli command "enable"
action 2 cli command "conf t"
action 3 cli command "ip host test 1.1.1.1"
action 4 cli command "exit"
It doesn't look like the 3750-X switch has the "event track" option
