EIGRP Routing Issue - Router not sharing Network info with neighbor

I have two routers, Router A and Router B.  They are EIGRP neighbors. Router A gets all of the networks that are configured within EIGRP except for one network.  I do a show ip route X.X.X.X on router B and it says it is redistributing this network via the EIGRP Cloud.  What could the possible explanation be as to why this network information is not being passed along?  When I do a show ip route X.X.X.X on router A I get "Subnet not in table"

Does anyone have any ideas?  I have confirmed that there are not passive-interfaces, neither router is set up as a stub, and both routers have the very basic EIGRP set up.

Can you check if the prefix

Can you check if the prefix is seen in EIGRP topology table in both A and B?.

Can you get "show ip eigrp topology <prefix>" from A and B?.
