Re: Enabling netflow on MSFC in hybrid mode

Config for MSFC:

ip flow-export destination

ip flow-export source (loopback for example)

ip flow-export version x (version 5 I think for hybrid mode)

ip flow-cache timeout active 1

ip flow-cache timeout inactive 15

You need to enable netflow on each interface through which traffic you are interested in will flow.

interface

ip route-cache flow

bandwidth

ip cef (Cisco Express Forwarding -> required)

Config for SVE (CatOS):

set mls flow full

set mls nde version 5

set mls nde

set mls agingtime long 64

set mls agingtime 32

set mls nde enable

This config worked fine on our systems.

Re: Enabling netflow on MSFC in hybrid mode

Hi,

Thankyou for your reply. I have done all the stated config. But in MSFC i believe Cisco express forwarding is permanently enabled. Still I am missing something...
