Enabling SNMP on 2960G

I'm new to Cisco switches. If I enable SNMP on a 2960G switch via the web interface and 'Submit' is that going to restart the switch or will it be seemless to my users? This is already in production and I don't want my users to lose connectivity.

Starting SNMP on a Cisco switch does not require a reload. The switch should immediately start replying to SNMP requests. That said, any configuration change has the potential of causing a service interruption if a bug is triggered. If you are really concerned about downtime, schedule the change in a maintenance window.
