end user report vlan data not correct

LMS 3.1 / CM 5.1.3

We have a lot of Alcatel phones on wich a PC is connected. So there is a Data Vlan (234) and a Voice Vlan (853). In end user report all connections are shown in the data vlan.

Anyway, The vlan port assignment data (operational tasks) shows the vlans ok : vlan 234 Native and vlan 853 Auxiliary

Is this a problem with end user reports ?

UT reads the CAM/MAC tables from the switches to determine which VLAN a given end host is in (considering Alcatel phones as end hosts here). Verify that the phones should up in the correct VLAN on the switches.
