it seems you want to get rid of your old data in any LMS appliation .... :-)

disable end-user acquisition:
Campus > Administration > User Tracking > Acquisition >  Schedule Acquisition

delete the Major Acquisition schedules and you  should not get any new enduser information
direct link:
http://lms-server:1741/cmapps/utDiscoveryAcquisitionSchedule.do

purge UT data:

Campus > Administration > User Tracking > Acquisition > Delete Interval

change the entries according to your whishes and click on "delete now"

the direct link:

http://lms-server:1741/cmapps/utAdminDiscoveryDeleteInterval.do

if this does not delete all UT data, you can use this command:

NMSROOT\bin\perl.exe \NMSROOT\campus\bin\reinitdb.pl -ut -all

with NMSROOT being the (short) installation path (e.g. C:\Progra~1\CSCOpx)

Dear i am on solaris 10 and there is no perl.exe?

NMSROOT\bin\perl.exe \NMSROOT\campus\bin\reinitdb.pl -ut -all

Thanks

Aamir

did the other procedure left some entries in the database?

Sure, on solaris the command is:
/opt/CSCOpx/bin/perl /opt/CSCOpx/campus/bin/reinitdb.pl -ut -all
