Error after Upgrade LMS 3.1 to 3.2

After logging in, I am redirected to a page https://myipaddress/cwportal/c/portal/login and recieve

HTTP Status 404 - /cwportal/c/portal/login

Type Status report

message /cwportal/c/portal/login

description The reqested resource is not availible

Apache Tomcat/5.5.17

The system was running fine on 3.1, any ideas?

Here are the logs. Thank you.

You have a lot of processes down. The root cause is that you had some critical errors during the upgrade:

ERROR: This dsn, cmf, already exists. Can not addDsn.
ERROR: [StandardDbRegistration] odbcdsn.pl failed with 256

The best solution is to re-install. But you should clean your server after you uninstall CiscoWorks, e..g. registry, installation folder.
