Error in communicating with DCA Server

Hi

I got the message "Error in communicating with DCA Server. DCA Server may be down. Please start the DCA Server and then refresh the page."

at the ciscoworks.

so i try to resolve it.  please look at the that steps.

and i draged the log.

how can i resoved it?

advice please...

Step1.

I commanded "pdshow" on the server.

Step2.

I commanded "pdexec DRCserver" on the server.

Step3.

I commanded "set" on the server.
