Error in IPM server

Hi ,

From last 2-3 weeks whenever i try to fetch data on first day of week for my PVCs from IPM server , it gives error on 1 or 2 PVCs that " Cannot get operation stats from the server for the given time range, chart will be empty" . Workaround for this it to stop the service for that particular PVC and restart it and then it will start collecting the report from that day ( but not for the last week , as it hasnt collected) . My question is why is that PVCs gets disconnected from IPM and how to resolve this problem so that we dont have to restart services .
