Error loading new IOS with RME

Copying c2801-advsecurityk9-mz.124-16b.bin from Software Repository to rcp-specific directory.

SWIM1125: Failed to copy the image to Flash due to the reason - copyInvalidServerAddress :invalid server address specified.
Retry the operation. If the problem persists, check the Bug Toolkit application for any known issues on the running image version.

RME tries to set an object in the CISCO-FLASH-MIB to trigger a fetch of the config (e.g. via TFTP).  That is failing.  Without the full log, I cannot say what IP address RME is using, but make sure that the device can reach the RME server via the image transfer protocol.  A sniffer trace of SNMP traffic from server to device when running the deployment job will show you exactly what object values are being set.
