What have we already done?
1.
> net stop crmdmgtd
> net start crmdmgtd
2.
a) Stop the daemon manager
C:\>net stop crmdmgtd
Force checkpoint for RME database:
b) Go to NMSROOT\CSCOpx\databases\rmeng
c) remove/rename rmeng.log (if exists)
d) run dbsrv9 -f c:\progra~1\CSCOpx\databases\rmeng\ rmeng.db
e) Start the Daemon Manager:
C:\>net start crmdmgtd (wait 5 full minutes before logging into CiscoWorks)
Can you help us with another actions?
Thanks,
Marcus Lopes.
