Error register QPM 4.1.1 in LMS 3.1 Portal

When I try to register QPM 4.1.1 in our Ciscoworks LMS 3.1 portal in a multiserver trust I get this message:

Problem with File /WEB-INF/screens/cmic/Application_Registration/Imported_Application_Summary.jsp!!!Getter for property importSummary threw exception: java.util.NoSuchElementException

I'm using CiscoWorks local authentication without ACS integration. DCR replication and single sign-on works fine.

Please send me the install & MDC logs if you have a valid license.

I guess you are having the Evaluation license for QPM, which is expired already.

Because of the license expiry only, the registration is not happening.

Hi Tobias Kraemer,

Please send .log files in the following directories.

CSCOpx/logs

CSCOpx/MDC/log

CSCOpx/MDC/tomcat/log.

If possible make a Webex session to check this issue to the closure.

Hi Suresh,

thanks for your email. As you suggested, I copied the CSCOPx/objects/data/cmf/cmic/mst-templates/qpm.xml from the QPM server to the LMS server.

After that I was able to add QPM by "Register From Templates" instead of "Import from Other Server".
