Expanding Network

I have a 220 user network (192.168.1.1/24) and will soon be adding many new users > 300. How can I add the additional users without changing the 192.168.1.x/24 network?

Thanks in advance,

Re: Expanding Network

Create a subnet (or subnets) for the new users, and either route the new subnet(s) between the 192.168.1.0/24 subnet, or use NAT/PAT to make the addition more or less transparent.

For example, you could create a 192.168.2.0/24 and 192.168.3.0/24, and route between all three subnets. Or, reserve, say, 192.168.1.250-253 for static NAT addresses, and overload (PAT) on 192.168.1.254.
