'Export Device List to Device Selector' is not working for RME 4.1.1 ??

could anybody confirm the following:

'Export Device List to Device Selector' is not working for RME 4.1.1 (LMS3.0.1) on Win2k3;

to recreate the issue:

RME>Home click on the number before e.g 'Config Archive >Partitially Successfull' in the list that will be opened

there are 3 icons in the upper right corner - the first one is 'Export Device List to Device Selector'

clicking on this icon should open a new window with some contents and an OK button (if I remeber well)- but in fact the window is empty

and the device will NOT be exported to the device selector

It would be greate if anybody could confirm or disprove this behaviour - I see this issue on 2 independent installations...

It looks like they broke this for SSL-enabled servers. I have created a patch, but you will need to open a TAC service request to get it.

Thanks! I will open a TAC service request.

In fact I first found this for an SSL enabled server and thought this could be the reason. So I switch back from https to http but the problem still persists....b

The problem may persist if you're access the server by its short hostname. If you use HTTP, port 1741, and connect using the IP address or FQDN hostname, you should not see the problem.

I will test this with IP and FQDN hostname next week;

for the SSL issue the TAC SR is 608058633.

Thanks!

Got a reply from the customer and he successfully tested the patch, thanks!
