Exporting generated reports to PDF format closing the application in LMS 3.2

Hi,

In LMS 3.2 , while trying to export the genarated report to pdf format , it will close the entire ciscoworks application.Also tried to export "csv format which is working normal.( didnt close the application).

Suggested the customer to stop and restart the dameon manager. what else we could try ? how to rectify it.

Hi Mahima,

What is the browser you are using for accessing  CiscoWorks. If you are using IE, kindly go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Internet > Custom level > Look for Download > Automatic prompting for download > select Enable and also for File Download and make sure its Enable too.

Also try the export it from different browser -> Mozila Firefox, it should work.
