Finding which application on the Laptop blocking the Traffic

One of our Windows 7 Laptop is getting 169.X.X.X IP Address. Noticed that the out bound traffic is getting blocked, so it is unable to get the IP Address from DHCP.  How to find which application is blocking the traffic?

Hi Siva,

download and Install the application " cports.exe" . run this appllication on your machine. see which are process and ports been used.
