Force a config collection on a single device

How can I force RME to run a poll or config collection on a single device. I have tried SYNC and that does not seem to do it.

Sync Archive is the way this is done. Using RME > Config Mgmt > Archive Mgmt > Sync Archive, you can fetch the current running config, current startup config, and poll to see if the config has changed. If this doesn't work, what errors are you getting? What version of RME do you have?

RME is 4.1.1

For the particular device, I would push the SYNC job and it would come back and say it needed an initial config to compare.

It did eventually collected the config so I am okay with your confirmation.
