Full Network / VoIP infrastructure Audit

Hi all:

We are interested in fully auditing our Network and VoIP infrastructure, not only from a device point of view, but from all possible angles (security, topology, standards, configurations, documentation, etc, etc).

Does anybody know any standard, document, template, white paper, or whatever piece of material that we can use to do this?
