Global discovery and Major aquisation

Runing the global discovery every 4h and a major aquisation every 2h : is that don't make a lot of traffic on the network (network of a telecom provider) if yes what the best timing to do the global discovery and the major aquisation.

I think you can run the global discovery every 4hours and the major acquisition every 2 hours. This should not cause an issue. What is the size of the network? How many devices are there in your network. As long it is a medium size network, there should be no issue.
