I want to find the ip address of Pc's which is connected to cisco 2900, 1900 switches. but this is not configured as per port basis. All pc's configured to vlan basis on cisco 4000 series switches.

There is one fairly easy way to do this. You need to find the MAC address of the computer you are looking for. To do this, type in sh cam
From there, you will need to have access to the router for the subnet (vlan) the computer is attached to. Get into the router, and do a sh arp | inc

If CiscoWorks LMS is managing the switches in question, the PC will show up in Campus Manager's User Tracking application. As noted in the earlier response, you will need the MAC address as a point of reference.
If you find this useful, you may also want to add the UT Lite toolbar to perform such searches quickly and easily from a Windows toolbar-based applet.
(There is also a utility which can be installed on a Windows domain controller which would allow one to use userids as an alternative reference.)
