How many simultaneous clients are supported by the LMS 4.0?

I am working on a bid that needs to support

at least 30 operators accessing the LMS 4.0 at the same time.

I could not find this information on the documentations.

Since LMS is using both Apache and Tomcat open source servers, the default is 200 concurrent connections per Apache docmumentation.

I understood that concerning Apache and Tomcat has a default of 200 concurrent users.

I am afraid that LMS 4.0 imposes some limit, like the documented on the CUOM 8.0 install guide.

LMS does impose a simultaneous client limit.  LMS can handle up to 20 concurrent users on the system.  This is documented in the LMS 4.0 installation guide at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/ciscoworks_lan_management_solution/4.0/install/guide/prep.html#wpmkr1373140 .
