This is not really possible in LMS. We will be releasing an add-on to LMS 3.0 in December called the Health and Utilization Monitor that will allow you to do this kind of thing. HUM will be separately licensed and priced from the rest of LMS, but the eval will ship with LMS 3.0.1 and 3.1.
