How to check job failure reasons in Prime Infrastructure

We have PI version 1.3. I applied a CLI template and I saw the job's last run status is Failure in the Jobs Dashboard. But I cannot see any detail information about why it failed. Is there anyway we can see the job failure reasons? Thanks.

Hi,

1.One way is to check the logs (Administration-->logging-->download log file).Unzip and look into ifm_config.log

2.Log into diagnostic tool UI and look into logs. https:///webacs/ncsDiag.do

Regards

In the jobs dashboard you should see a small circle. If you position your cursor over that small circle more information should be provided giving you hints as to why the job failed.

Thanks for the tip. Acutally I cannot see that small circle in jobs dashboard. I finally found out I need to click on the job, then click on History, then the small circle is there under the History.
