I am confused on why the device wasn't manageable. I had done a clean install of Cisco Works following the TAC engineer's guidance. We did a back-up of our devices and restored from the back-up. So the device should have worked in Cisco View. It seems to me like something that takes a day or two, has to happen in order for the device to be able to be viewed in Cisco View?
