How to manage non-cisco Devices correctly via SNMP?
we use Prime Infrastructure 2.0 to manage our Cisco APs and Switche and that works very good!
But now I also want to manage some HP Procurve Switches and Fortinet Firewalls.
If I go to discover this devices via SNMP the devices are shown in the "Device Work Center" and the status are "Completed" so they are correct synchronized. But I get no further Information about this Devices, no verndor name, no interfaces - all the thing which are available in standard SNMP MIBs.
Is there something what I have to do in front of discovery not-cisco devices?
