LMS 2.5 does not include a generic trap receiver. The Device Fault Manager application can process and pass through certain traps, but not all. The RMON-MIB traps are not supported by DFM (see http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/rtrmgmt/cw2000/dfm/dfm203/ug/trapfwd.htm for a list of what traps DFM can handle). Therefore, you will need another trap receiver application (e.g. HP OpenView, WhatsUp Gold, etc.) to handle these threshold traps.
