Stop the server (Windows - net stop crmdmgtd or soft appliance - application stop LMS) and remove the license (*.lic) file. Then restart the server.
(Technically you could just stop the license management daemon, remove the file and restart that daemon.)
Question - why would you want to?

We had a problem with the count of the licenses, I asked to licensing team to resend the lic files, but when I updated the licenses, LMS sum all files, now I'll remove all the files and then reinstall the licenses.
