HTTP Status 500

Hi

Customer runs LMS 3.0 December Update on Solaris 9.

Everytime he starts to update Software (Software Center/Software Update/RME) he gets the following message back.

"http status 500".

Any ideas where to look for failures?

Have a look at the stdout.log for any other errors. Also, you might want to clear the java servlets:

Stop the daemon manager (/etc/init.d/dmgtd stop)

-- Go to the directory /opt/CSCOpx/MDC/tomcat/work/Standalone/localhost and delete everything in under here, files and folders.

You can delete all of these and once they are removed restart the daemons

./dmgtd start
