HUM data and polling gone! Y?

There was an initial issue with hum in that it would only keep 24 hours of data. This is not good for trending and made the reports worthless. I was surprised to see it in the manual. But the 3.1 upgrade shows data now, however yesterday I went to view something and now there is not any data. Nowhere. Quick thoughts on log files? and or how do i validate the polling data?

Logs will depend on exactly what interface you were using within HUM.

I am using the graph-it utility in the main portal screen.

no matter what I do it now reads no data avaialable.

Two weeks ago the data was there and it was for more than 24 hours. I upgraded to 3.1 on 12/9/08

Start with the HUMPortal.log. You may need to increase HUM Portlets debugging, but if there's a serious enough error, it will show up with normal logging.
