Hello everybody, greetings from Chile.

My English is bad and use the google translator.

I installed CW LMS 3.1 to 1.1 HUM and can not work with variables in cpu HUM 11,503 CCS equipment. Download and install the corresponding mibs and the problem is not solved.

I hope they can help, because in the cisco site, I have not found adequate support for the product.

The device is reporting noSuchName when it queried for 1.3.6.1.4.1.2467.1.34.17.1.14.  I believe this may be due to the fact that this object changed OIDs to 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.368.1.34.17.1.14.  Does your switch respond to that OID?

Jclarke hello, updating the case, the answer to the query snmp-walk is zero.

The following is a SNMP walk of device 10.20.51.2 starting from .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.368.1.34.17.1.14

SNMP Walk Output
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.368.1.34.17.1.14

CISCO-SMI::ciscoMgmt.368.1.34.17.1.14.1.1 = INTEGER: 0
CISCO-SMI::ciscoMgmt.368.1.34.17.1.14.2.1 = INTEGER: 0
CISCO-SMI::ciscoMgmt.368.1.34.17.1.14.4.1 = INTEGER: 0

Thank you. I hope your valuable response.

Yes, it looks like the CSS is using the newer MIB to provide CPU information via SNMP.  HUM is not aware of this new MIB.  There is an enhancement request (CSCte41577) raised to address this.

thanks joe. I hope that the new versions that solved the problem. In any case in CCS delivers the information with online reports and reports of cacti CiscoView.

Joe,

Repeat the prube with another CCS version 8.10 and had a better result. Download from Cisco.com the mib CISCO-SMI to create a specific template for the OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.368.1.34.17.1.14 and then importing the MIB does not display anything.
Where I can download the correct mib?

The following is a SNMP walk of device 192.168.5.11 starting from .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.368.1.34.17.1.14

SNMP Walk Output
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.368.1.34.17.1.14

CISCO-SMI::ciscoMgmt.368.1.34.17.1.14.1.1 = INTEGER: 9
CISCO-SMI::ciscoMgmt.368.1.34.17.1.14.2.1 = INTEGER: 6
CISCO-SMI::ciscoMgmt.368.1.34.17.1.14.3.1 = INTEGER: 5
CISCO-SMI::ciscoMgmt.368.1.34.17.1.14.4.1 = INTEGER: 0

tranks, regards
