trying to create a poller in HUM. The device selection field - "all" checkbox indicates 522 devices. However, CS shows 1231 devices, which is accurate. Please note that the server HUM runs on is a slave clustered to another LMS master server...
Re: HUM poller wizard has 522 devices, CS has 1231
You can fix this by forcing a re-sync of the master to the slave. However, doing so will zero out all devices on the slave. Any poller data in HUM for those devices will be lost. To do a resync, set the Master DCR server to standalone and do the same for the slave server. Then set the master server back to master and the slave server back to slave. It may take a few minutes to sync all the devices, but you should eventually see the slave device count equal that of the master (confirm this on the slave's Common Services > Home page).
