I couldn't delete devices from Prime Infrostructure 1.3

Hello, 

could anyone explain why i couldn't delete my devices, which i have added before. Please see log appears, but i don't see any logs in Operate -> Alarms&Event. Could you help me, please?

Can you try to restart the NCS services and see how it works
