Windows 7 and IE 8.0 are not yet supported in LMS. Try on another client (XP or Vista) with IE 7 or Firefox 3.
Try Firefox. IF the problem persists, post the output of Tools > Error Console. Also, post the NMSROOT/MDC/Apache/logs/error.log.
I'm not seeing anything here that would explain what you're seeing. Were you able to try Firefox, and get the Error Console.
I don't see anything out of the ordinary here, and I have not seen this problem before. I recommend you open a TAC service request so this can be looked at in real time.
You know, I always seem to be able to find an aberration.
