Interactive commands in Netconfig

I wish to apply the interactive commands like " clear counters" and "banner motd" which will ask for the user intervention using Netconfig.

Is there any way this can be done?

Yes. The online help for Netconfig details how to deploy interactive commands. Basically, you use the tag to follow the command and indicate the response. For example:

clear countersyes

Note: banner motd is not an interactive command. It is is a multiline command. There is a built-in template for banners which you should use. However, if you need to create a custom template, you can still deploy banners. See this thread for more details:
