Internal server error

Hi, I have installed VMS 2.3 restricted ver for Windows freshly. When I click in Security centre for Firewall routers, IDS or PIX , it gives internal server error and does not open the web page. What could be the cause? We have formatted and freshly installed OS and VMS also.

Try doing the following.

1) net stop csagent

net stop crmdmgtd

2) in the directory cscopx\csamc\cfg delete the file *.lic

net start crmdmgtd

net start csagent

This should solve the problem.
