Inventry Error

Hi,

When I 'Check Device Attributes' for Telnet/Tacacs/Tacacs Enable it says NOT SUPPORTED.

For C3550 and Catalyst 4003.

I have RME 3.3, any ideas?!?!

Chances are the device types are not supported.

If you go to RME -> Admin -> Inventory -> List Devices, are they represented by an SNMP icon?

Yes I did not see that, they have SNMP on them when I list the devices.

So that means that this device is not supported then?

What about updating the devices, any chances of that, like RME33 IDU 3.0?

If they show up with an SNMP icon, then the device type is not supported.

You should definitely download / install the latest IDU for RME 3.3, and see if it helps.

If it doesn't, you will have to upgrade to a newer version of CiscoWorks.
