In LMS 3.0.1 when I attempt to do a software distribution to upgrade the IOS on a switch I get the following error message:
SWIM1107: This operation requires IMAGE data in the inventory.
The required device information is not available in the inventory.
Perform Update Inventory and check whether the required data appears in the Detailed Device Report.
If so, retry the operation. Else the data is not available from the device.
After trying to update the inventory, I get a message stating "Device sensed, but collection failed". That's it.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
