ip phones and ut

I'm running LMS 2.5 and am seeing a few strange problems with user tracking. I have about 500 phones but cisco works shows upwards of 1200 phones being discovered. If I run a report showing these phones, each phone will have a minimum of 2 records - some will show more than 10 records. The records are a mix showing the status as being active, the other shows the status as lostContact. My phone for example has 5 records each with a status of active and all have the same timestamp for 'Last Seen'

I've cleared the ut database using the reinitdb perl script and rediscovered everything but still have the same problems. Any ideas?

There is a bug in User Tracking (CM 4.x) right now where it is keeping duplicate entries of end hosts and phones.

In this case the Last Seen field may be different for these duplicates, but often everything is indentical

This is supposed to be resolved in CM 4.0.3 which will be released in December
