ip sla measuerement comparing to agilent

I measured parameters of VoIP for ensuring SLA

- using Cisco 2811 (IP SLA function)

- and parallel with Agilent network analyzer J6800 (6844A).

there was a difference in measured max Jitter:

cisco = 74ms

agilent = 4 ms

why is there a difference in max jitter?

it shouldn't be - other results are quite similar - but here is major difference. any idea?

how is cisco measuring max jitter?

(interval time on cisco was 1ms).

Jitter can be caused both by router misconfiguration and by PVC misconfiguration by the carrier or provider.Check for the frame relay configuration.For more info about Jitter on cisco products refer the following URL
