IPM 2.5 Daily Latency Reports displays only zeroes

Hello,

We are getting all zeroes with IPM Daily Latency Reports. I am seeing the data with the Web client. What can I do get the data updated and displayed in the Daily, Weekly, or Monthly report windows?
