IPM 2.6.0 Error with Web CLient

Hi All,

I get the following error (attached) When I try to launch the IPM web client. Anyone seen this or know what I might need to do to resolve it?

Thanks

This means that either one of the IPM daemons is not running, or there is a firewall blocking CORBA access between your client and server. Post the output of the "ipm status" command. You can also try launching IPM directly on the server to rule out network issues.

There is no firewall that I know of. Where do I run that command? DO I need to CD to a certain directory on the CW server?

If this is Windows, there should be an IPM DOS prompt option in your start menu. On Solaris, the command can be found in /opt/CSCOipm/bin.

Is this a multi-homed server?

No it's just a single gig connection at the moment, with a failover nic.

But how many IP addresses does it have?

Just one.

Post the IPM_ConfigMain.properties file from IPMROOT\classes.

Re: IPM 2.6.0 Error with Web CLient

Is usadc-scwk01 still the hostname of this server? Is that hostname in DNS?
