IPM 4.1 access to the collectors problem

Hi

I have a "shadow" (a IP SLA dedicated c1841 router) which has about 600 collectors configured by IPM. About 2 times a day the IPM changes the status for ALL the collectors to "Source Not Responding" for about 1 hour, yet the c1841 router is up and accessible (SNMP polls, telnet), the collectors are still running, the CPU is with 40%. I know that there was a BUG on this in the previous IPM version but it is not listed for the IPM 4.1, yet it looks like it is still there or is it something else?

This sounds like CSCsy78660 which is still being analyzed. It affects IPM 4.0 and 4.1. The problem appears to be due to community string mishandling. This bug should be fixed in IPM 4.2 due out with LMS 3.2 this summer.
