IPM 4.1 - Group Administration server error

Hi

Please help me

for below error Error in communicating with IPMGroupAdministration Server.
It may be down or not yet up. Please make sure that the IPMGroupAdministration Server is up and running, then refresh the page.

I am getting this error whenever I am trying to open IPM Group Admin Server. I have checked the corresponding Process are running. Attaching the logs

Seems like the server is in ACS mode. Ensure the application is registered correctly and you have the right privlages to access the application with your credentials. Also post the pdshow output.
