I'm currently using ITEM in my IPTEL environment, but as similar to those accounting info, where can i know who logged in to the ITEM and did what sort of changes?
Go to "ITM > Configuration > Logging", and enable debug for "device management" and "inventory services". This will enable accounting info. More granular accounting info can also be configured here.
This will tell u what happen to the device, but it does not provide something who logged into ITM at what time and did what changes.
Or maybe i'm wrong. Can u tell me which files to check?
