Java problem with Topology Services

Hi,

i have a problem with the topology services. When i start it then he want install a plugin but it not works.

And when i click the button for install the plugin then come this

but the the Manuell Install button show me how i must install this Java but its not works :-(

can anybody help me

First, you appear to be using a non-US English locale on your client.  This is not supported.  Only US English and Japanese locales are currently supported.  Next, what version of LMS do you have?
